Our team welcomes you and your truck drivers from Monday till Friday, from 07:00 AM till 19:00 PM, on Saturdays from 08:00 AM till 12:00 AM.
If you want to take full advantage of the services that we offer in our petrol station:
We give you the best prices and quality of Diesel and other oil products. Easy accessible, a friendly welcome and a personal approach.
And on top of that, we offer you a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service outside the normal opening hours, with the same benefits and the same fuel rates.
How does it work?
Every truck driver of your company can get a special magnetic card, which gives him access to our high speed diesel pump installations 24/24 - 7/7. This magnetic card is secure and protected by a personal and secret number code. With this, your truck driver can refuel his truck 24/24 - 7/7.
The fuel cards will not allow your drivers to purchase any other goods in our shop, only with prior written approval from the house.
Drivers can drink a ‘free’ cup of coffee and they can take also a ‘free’ shower, but only if the shop is open. Parking is available and ‘free’ on our site.
What do you have to do?
On a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly base, you deposit a certain amount of money on our bank account (with IBAN, see below). The amount that you deposit is depending on your forecast of fuel costs for the coming weeks and months. You decide. There is no minimum or maximum.
If your credit has been used up, you simply deposit a new amount. ! Attention No bank-guarantee = no negative balance.
Every 2 weeks or every month, depending on your consumption, we will send you the official invoices with an overview of the remaining credit. These invoices and overview can also be handed over to your truck driver when he is passing by during official opening hours.
It is also possible to work with SMS or e-mail contact. Is your mobile or e-mail in our address-book, we can send our best week-price. The price that we give to you are always vat included and cash or pre-pay).
Partnership
As we are looking for a long-term partnership and due to the confidence that we have in your company, we can offer you this arrangement.
We are convinced that we can build this partnership on a mutual trust.
We will also keep you informed of the fuel prices on a regular base.
Agreements
Although this petrol station is easy accessible for large trucks, it is located in a residential area. This means that we need to count on the tact of your people. Excessive noise outside the normal opening hours will not be tolerated. If we get complaints from the neighbourhood, the magnetic card will be de-activated. Therefore we count on your co-operation and commitment.
Outside the normal opening hours we ask for the following commitments:
• Make as less noise as possible
• During the filling of the tank, turn the engine off
• Don’t play load music
Damaged cards may not use in the card reader as it can damage the reader. Please ask for a new card in this case.
Please note that the granted and fix reductions, will be maintained in the current existing program-contract for as long as the average valorisation of the international quotations of refined products remains under %120 of the unrefined oil price. If not, the reduction may be reviewed.
